There’s been a lot of buzz about how best to manage mamas after they’ve had a C-section! Having to undergo a surgery AND look after a baby is no joke! While there are lots of tips for recovering after delivery, massage to your C-section scar is one of them. I’ve created an infographic highlighting some easy techniques to get you started.
