Danielle Savoie, PT
Danielle completed her Masters in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2018, after completing a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Prince Edward Island. Danielle first learned about Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy in her second year of Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University.
Since then, she has sought out educational opportunities that allow her to enhance her knowledge and skills within this area. After completing a 6-week clinical internship with Katie Kelly, PT, Danielle developed a passion for enhancing the lives of men and women by assisting them in taking back their independence through exercise, education, manual therapy and research informed treatment plans for pelvic floor health.
Since her days as a student, Danielle has continued to pursue evidence-based education and treatment in pelvic floor physiotherapy to assist individuals experiencing incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain conditions. Danielle is immensely excited to further her knowledge and skill base. She has gone on to complete certifications in urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain conditions. She is determined to enhance the quality of pelvic floor health for her clients by following her passions for learning and helping others.
